Tim Wylie is the Founder and President of Principal Service Solutions, Inc. With more than twenty years of professional experience in business management and technical service ,Tim brings significant experience in development of multi-functional service teams and the successful deployment of these around the world.
Most recently, Tim quickly advanced from a position of Service Engineering Manager to Global Program Manager for Applied Materials. As the Global Program Manager, Tim was responsible for in-country, outsourced labor solutions, where he developed and managed seven Service Staffing companies. Today, these companies still provide efficient workforce solutions to Applied Materials and many other companies in the technology market. Tim launched his career in the Semiconductor industry working for well-respected companies such as, Air Products and Chemicals and Advanced Technology Materials.
In 1991, Tim enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served as a Hazardous Material / Hazardous Waste NCO. He was awarded the Navy / Marine Corps Achievement Medal for the development and management of an Environmental program that was in the top 1% of all programs aboard Camp Pendleton. Tim was again awarded the same medal for managing the development and construction of multiple field Hazardous Waste sites, utilized by all branches of the Armed Services, while deployed on joint training exercises in Korea, Ie Shima and Okinawa.
